Speeders beware…our new Community Speedwatch scheme started today!

Many thanks to volunteer Tony D’Arcy and Tony Birkett, a parish councillor, for carrying out the first Community Speedwatch session of our new scheme.

They monitored vehicles travelling from Farnham Royal to Farnham Common outside Dair House School earlier today.

The objectives of the Scheme are:

• Increasing public awareness of speeding and other traffic offences
• Improving the safety and quality of life for local communities
• Reducing deaths, injuries and collisions
