Let’s remember…D-Day 80th Anniversary
The Normandy landings were the landing operations and associated airborne operations on Tuesday 6 June 1944 of the Allied invasion of Normandy in Operation Overlord during World War II. Codenamed Operation Neptune and often referred to as D-Day.
Tony Birkett, a local military historian, is holding an exhibition containing lots of fascinating information regarding what remains the largest seaborne invasion in history.
He will also be delivering a talk and holding a Q & A session on Saturday 8 June 2024.

Annual Parish Meeting 2023
Last month we held the Annual Parish Meeting and the Neighbourhood Policing Team, Southmead Surgery, Neighbourhood Plan experts and Buckinghamshire Councillors joined us to discuss village matters, community initiatives and future projects.
